Today 19 years ago I married my tall dark and handsome. Marv and I went to a small cafe 1/2 mile from Keturah's house for breakfast. It was nice to get away by ourselves for just a little while. 
Marv washed the RV, and we left around 10:00. Our first stop was Oklahoma City. We toured the memorial.
Then took route 44 almost through Oklahoma. It was a very windy drive. The terrain was rugged and dry. We saw a lot of cattle, and were impressed by the red soil. Even the creek beds and water looked red.
We saw what seemed like a hundred of these wind turbines.
And stopped at a KOA near Texas. It was so hot, and very windy. We went swimming, and relaxed for the evening.
