Branson, Missouri

The beautiful, rolling Ozark hills were a stark contrast to the miles of flat farmland in Ohio. Cooper Creek State park was 3 miles outside of Branson with a lakefront. It had all the comforts we needed, but wasn't that great a place. Our site was across from the pool, and we spent a lot of time there. Made some good friends again, and basicly just relaxed. We talked about how the trip is going so far. Over all it is going amazingly well. It still feels kind of like we are just on an extended weekend trip around home. Every day is filled with something we haven't seen before, and that is so cool.

Nine people in an RV requires a lot of grace. :)  Basic survival includes good manners, they are as essential for survival as breathing air and drinking water. Please, thank you, excuse me, etc... Everything has a place, and it needs to be where it belongs. I will post some pics of the inside of the RV sometime and all the storage... I know we will grow stronger as a family, and I love to see that happening already. We are taking turns leading the morning devotions, and that time is special, too.

Lookout Branson, here we come, by the end of this trip we will all have cowboy hats and boots...

Hannah loves being a cowgirl :) This is her favorite horse at Dixie Stampede.

We all enjoyed the show! The riders were so talented, and seemed to love talking to the children afterwards. It was a fun fun evening!!!
